My Training Philosophy
My definition of training is the pleasure of movement. Attaining results takes time and it’s all about consistency, which is why it’s so important you have FUN while training! What the definition of fun training means to you is personal, and I promise to make my sessions with you fun and energising! Personally, I love connecting music to different types of body movements. It creates a synergy in my body and soul, releasing endorphins and serotonin in making me feel euphoric!
