My Training Philosophy

My definition of training is the pleasure of movement. Attaining results takes time and it’s all about consistency, which is why it’s so important you have FUN while training! What the definition of fun training  means to you is personal, and I promise to make my sessions with you fun and energising! Personally, I love connecting music to different types of body movements. It creates a synergy in my body and soul, releasing endorphins and serotonin in making me feel euphoric! Starting my morning like this puts a smile on my face and boosts my mood for the rest of the day. This is my FUN way of training…let’s work together to discover yours!

My Story

Ever since I was a young girl I’ve always been jumping, cartwheeling and practising handstands instead of standing still. With the help of my parents, I joined a gymnastic and trampoline team at the age of five. As I became older, I continued my gymnastic career by coaching kids and teenagers. Being part of the club was like a community with friends, training camps and opportunities to learn new things. As my life moved forward, I graduated from university with a degree in social studies. I became a social worker, where I focused on teenagers and their families. At that time I missed the coaching aspect in my life and decided to become a certified fitness instructor. I took a part time job at the Swedish Sport Association, Friskis&Svettis where I taught step and aerobics classes. Aspart of my work at Friskis&Svettis I arranged different types of training conventions, coached new fitness instructors and became a member of the board; all while having a lot of participants joining my classes. In 2016 my partner and I decided to bring our two kids on an adventure abroad. This move has allowed me the opportunity to follow my passion and work solely in the fitness industry.
